CAME.COM PRIVACY POLICY

The www.came.com/global privacy notice is provided pursuant to art. 13 Reg. EU 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and to art. 13 Italian Legislative decree no. 196/2003 (Privacy Code).

 

 

1. DATA CONTROLLER

The Data Controller is:

2. PURPOSE OF THE DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

2.1. The personal data (hereinafter “Data”) you provide when browsing the www.came.com website (hereinafter the “Website”) will only be processed to enable you, the user, to access the Website’s pages and to ensure its proper functioning.
2.2. Personal data collected within specific areas of the Website will be processed for the purposes indicated by the specific information notice provided when collecting the Data:
a) in the “Reserved Area” section, for web-based services, registration of personal user information, according to this notice
b) in the “Ask CAME” section, for specific requests, according to this notice
c) in the “Locator” section, for the management of specific requests and for contacts regarding the service provided, according to this notice.

 

3. THE DATA WE COLLECT

3.1 Browsing data
We collect and process any IP addresses, domain names of PCs used by users connecting to the Website, addresses of requested resources, the requesting times, how the request was submitted to the server, the size of the file provided, the number code stating the status of the server’s reply, that is, whether it was successful, an error, and so on - including other parameters about users’ operating systems and IT environments.

 

4. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

Your Data is processed by employees and collaborators that we, the Data Controller, authorize and entrust. Your Data may also be shared with third parties that are specifically entrusted to process your Data to provide accessory and instrumental services for the activities of the Data Controller.
Your Data will not be diffused, for any reason.

 

5. TRANSFERRING YOUR DATA ABROAD

Your Data is stored and processed in servers located in the European Union, that are owned or available to the Data Controller and/or to any third parties that are specifically entrusted with said processing.

 

6. HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR DATA

You must be 16 or older to register to use the Website’s services.

 

10. YOUR USER RIGHTS

You may request to no longer receive the newsletter and, in any case, to revoke any consent given to us. You may access, rectify, delete - thus exercising your right to be forgotten - and limit the processing and the portability of your Data and oppose its processing, as provided by Art. 15 et seq. GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) if your Data is unlawfully processed, or file a lawsuit in the courts of jurisdiction (Art. 79 GDPR).
