Fortis Living have now completed the transition and all their properties are now using SimpleKey Web 4.

CAME KMS’ SimpleKey Web has now been installed across all blocks managed by First Choice Homes Oldham which require access control. The result of the upgrade has exceeded all expectations and has had a significant impact in relation to time saving.

Having reviewed their existing systems and those that were available, Derby decided to switch all 262 of their blocks to the KMS Simplekey Web system.

The results were immediate with the YHN team saving up to 2 hours every time a new fob was needed or deleted. The resulting impact on the productivity of the team has been massive.

Steeles have been so impressed with the impact SimpleKey Web has had, more storage farms are already being planned for the roll out of the system.
