Remote Key Management

CAME KMS can manage your resident access system from our dedicated offices, where we're able to provide the following management benefits:

  • Total management of all access key fobs that have access to the housing blocks
  • Simple and quick addition of new key fobs or deletion of existing key fobs
  • Contractor key management: controlling the dates and times of access and recording movements
  • Anti social behaviour monitoring: recording the frequency and times certain key fobs are used
  • Optional link into door entry systems, providing additional door and drop key switch monitoring as well as trade time control.

Residents are provided with improved living spaces, a safer environment, quicker key replacement/deletion and vulnerable resident monitoring.



Installer training
We offer for companies/engineers training on installing the product in-house at our offices at High Wycombe, or alternatively we can visit you at a location of their choice for a small fee. Our courses can include fully bespoke content, tailored to your installation.

End User training
For End Users we offer FREE of charge training for Councils and Housing Associations on our SimpleKey Web software, either at their preferred location or using Teams/Zoom.

Training videos
We've also produced a range of training videos to help users understand how to use SimpleKey Web either as a new user or needing a refresher, and help you with some of the basic functions of SimpleKey Web.


Customised solutions

CAME KMS offers a consultancy service in the design phase for special solutions, ensuring assistance even during the compilation of the necessary documentation. Each project is unique and, as such, is designed based on the needs of the customer, both in terms of the solution's architecture and product customisation, thanks to a specialised team.


Technical support

Our technical support team offer sound advice and will talk you, our customer, through all areas of set-up, installation, troubleshooting and every other step on the way. Our technical team is a large, strong team with a high interest in what they are instructing and will always pay a lot of attention to customer service and support. Not only do you get all this with buying our products but it is all free, so when you need that help there will be no extra costs.
