With ParkEasy Platinum Care, if your installation needs hands-on technical support, one of our trained engineers will be on-site within 24 working hours, or even sooner. All spare parts, labour, software and travelling expenses are included in our inclusive service package.

Making You Our Priority

Every system comes with 1 year of Platinum Care, our comprehensive service and support package. From routine maintenance to expert remote assistance, we’ll keep your system running smoothly, so you can focus on your business, not your barriers.

• Platinum Care customers customers have priority when placing a service call.
• Two preventative maintenance visits scheduled over the operating year. The equipment will be inspected, tested, adjusted and parts replaced where necessary.
• Preferential rates for call-outs not covered by contract.*
• Standard system software version upgrades as and when generally released.
• Use of our help desk facility – 0844 371 7073.
• Provision of labour for service call-outs. Normal working hours being Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.15pm.
• Provision of materials for maintenance and service call-outs.
