As part of our ongoing commitment to improving service and efficiency, we are pleased to announce that all CAME UK businesses will be implementing a major upgrade to our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) internal system to align with CAME SpA. The ERP software allows CAME UK to manage accounts, sales, finance and operations, acting as the backbone of our business architecture.

This development is designed to create a fully integrated and bi-directional SAP system operating between CAME UK and our global head office. Once completed, this will deliver significant long-term benefits.

As with any system migration, there will be a planned short-term impact on our business operations.

When the business reopens after the holiday period, from 2nd January to 12th January, to enable a smooth and successful transition, CAME KMS are operating a reduced service. This will ensure our local team are better equipped to manage your business processes from the go live date.

To avoid any disruption to your supply chain, we wanted to make you aware:

  • We will not be processing orders or delivering equipment during this time.
  • We will start processing and despatching equipment from 12th January 2026
  • You may wish to consider ordering adequate stock parts for any maintenance requirements as we will not able to supply spare parts during the transition period.
  • Where equipment despatching is required following 12th January, we recommend orders being placed ASAP advising of specific despatching dates required. This will then allow us to process and deliver your goods within the required timelines.
