Growing together. We support our people’s development through CAME Academy, our continuous training program: from sustainability to languages, up to Learning Kits dedicated to each role.
Wellbeing, welfare and safety. With CAME Care we take care of the people who work with us: bonuses, health protection, wellbeing programs. We also guarantee the highest health and safety standards at work, thanks to a management system certified to ISO 45001.
Sport as culture. We believe in sport as a driver of personal growth, inclusion and wellbeing. Our sustainability starts with how we design and manufacture, because we extend the lifespan of our products.
- Energy efficiency: our products are designed to meet new energy consumption regulations.
- Testing lab and quality control: we test products before they reach the market, avoiding resource waste and reducing the impact of the production chain.
- Product certifications: all our products are certified, to standards verified by third-party bodies.
- Sustainable packaging and innovative materials: we choose recyclable materials to increase the circularity of our products.
- Digitalized production: we reduce paper consumption by digitalizing business processes at every stage.
- Solar power at our plants: we invest in the energy efficiency of our production sites.

We design products to be efficient, maintainable and reliable over time. Through controlled industrial processes, we extend their life cycle and preserve their performance: this means fewer replacements, less spending over time, and fewer resources used.

Doing business responsibly means building trust every day: through clear rules, quality, transparency, safety and strong relationships with all our stakeholders.
- We have drawn up a Code of Ethics, the set of values that the CAME Group recognizes, accepts and shares, as the foundation of a work environment based on respect, fairness and collaboration.
- We have obtained specific product certifications, as well as process and system certifications: from EN Tested technology to ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications, up to the 100% Made in Italy mark.
- We monitor the production process to ensure quality at every stage: from research and development to product testing, through to logistics and support.
- We cultivate a supply chain rooted in the local area: 85% of our suppliers are Italian, and more than half operate in the area where CAME was founded and continues to invest, fostering close, long-term collaborative relationships.
- We protect data and infrastructure with robust, continuously updated cybersecurity systems, for those who work with us and those who use our products every day.
- We have implemented a whistleblowing system for safe, confidential reporting, in compliance with Model 231 and the Code of Ethics.
