  • The BXV PLUS series is a cutting-edge 24V automation system for industrial sliding gates. Capable of handling gates weighing up to 1000 kg, it incorporates Adaptive Speed and Torque Technology for smooth and efficient operation under varying conditions. The advanced ZBC1 electronic board streamlines installation with guided configuration options available via a graphical display or smartphone, utilizing the CAME KEY and CAME CONNECT Setup app. The control board supports both traditional and CXN BUS accessories, along with RIO System 2.0 for wireless connectivity. Enhanced safety features include 4 configurable safety inputs and precise obstacle detection. Optional magnetic limit switches are also available.

Adaptive Speed and Torque Technology (AST)

The BXV PLUS version features advanced firmware that dynamically optimizes speed and torque, adjusting motor output based on gate feedback to ensure smooth and consistent movement. During installation, parameters such as AST sensitivity are set by installers. The firmware continuously monitors gate operation and fine-tunes torque with each cycle, delivering precise and reliable performance.
