CAME presents the new ATI: the swing gate motor that has marked the brand’s history, now relaunched in a completely renewed version — even more reliable, powerful, and faster. The new ATI remains aligned with CAME’s philosophy of integrating easy digital control into its automation systems, enabling operation via smartphone and tablet.
Robust, versatile mechanics built to last
The new ATI draws on CAME’s long experience in designing motors that stand the test of time. Its die-cast aluminum structure ensures high mechanical strength and perfect sealing even in demanding environments, with IP54 protection and operation from –20 °C to +55 °C.
Each unit is individually tested to guarantee maximum reliability and consistent performance.
The range includes two encoder-equipped motor versions — 230 V AC and 24 V DC for intensive use — capable of moving swing gates with leaves up to 3 or 5 meters in length and 400 kg in weight, confirming the versatility that has always set this automation apart.
With a thrust force of up to 4,000 N, the new ATI ensures excellent performance in terms of power and operating speed, achieving a 90° opening in just 13 seconds.
One of the main new features is the ability to install this automation even on large pillars, thanks to the increased C-MAX dimension of up to 155 mm, making it adaptable to various gate installation needs. The new ATI also introduces a key mechanical improvement: the new mechanical limit stoppers minimize maintenance and perform flawlessly even in freezing temperatures or continuous heavy rain, preventing gate leaves from getting stuck.
Smart, connected electronics
Alongside its mechanical strength and speed, the new ATI incorporates state-of-the-art electronics. Thanks to the latest-generation ZLX control panels, installation is more intuitive, assisted by a graphic display, while BUS technology simplifies wiring and configuration.
The 24 V DC versions also feature Adaptive Speed and Torque (AST), which automatically adjusts motor torque for optimal operating conditions, ensuring smooth motion, constant speed, and maximum safety in all use scenarios. All new ATI motors are compatible with the CAME Connect platform, allowing remote management and monitoring via the SetUp Pro app for installers and system managers, and the CAME Automation app for end users.
Smart functions allow smartphone control and voice-command compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Home, making the gate a fully integrated element of the smart home ecosystem
The new ZLX control boards are designed to comply with the low consumption regulation (EU) 2023/826, which sets energy efficiency requirements for electronic devices and systems.
