The inauguration, held on Monday 6th October at the building located just a few hundred meters from the Headquarters in Dosson di Casier (Treviso), featured a symbolic ribbon-cutting ceremony and a celebratory event attended by Andrea and Paolo Menuzzo, respectively CEO and Chairman and Founder of CAME. Their presence confirmed the strong bond between the founding family, the company, and the local area.
“Since the birth of CAME, we have believed that the value of a company lies in the people who bring it to life every day,” said Cavaliere Paolo Menuzzo, Founder of CAME. “With CAME Living, we are offering our employees a place that makes them feel part of a community, where work is intertwined with quality of life and connection to the territory. Only by placing people and their well-being at the center can we build a solid and shared future, capable of generating value for everyone.”
CAME Living covers more than 3,000 square meters and was created with the goal of providing employees with a modern, welcoming, and sustainable environment. The facility hosts spaces dedicated to team building and socialisation, bright multifunctional areas designed to foster collaboration, dialogue, and physical and mental well-being.
Special attention has been given to nutrition, with a high-quality catering service that goes beyond the traditional concept of a company canteen. Managed by Ristorazione Ottavian, a specialist in corporate catering for more than fifty years, the new facility can serve up to 900 meals per day, offering dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. This model reflects CAME’s vision: combining innovation, sustainability, and care for people, recognising that the quality of work also stems from the daily well-being of those who perform it.
With the CAME Living project, the company reaffirms its focus on human capital and the local area, completing a total investment of 15.2 million euros, which included the Factory – the technological heart of electronic production – and now, a space designed for people’s growth.
