Quorum is one of the most modern, prestigious, and multifunctional office, service, and apartment complexes located in the center of Wroclaw, in the Szczecin district. the complex is composed of four buildings, with office and residential functions (A, B, C, and D), and is distinguished by the presence of the second-largest tower in Wroclaw. Building D is the result of the renovation and expansion of an existing building. Three of the four buildings are intended for commercial purposes, while one is residential. CAME’s project focused on implementing the access control system.
Customer need
The need was to create a physical pedestrian access control system for buildings A and D that would integrate seamlessly with the structure’s prestigious interiors, ensuring safety and aesthetics.
Solution adopted
The solution adopted, a bidirectional motorized gate with PG 03 swing doors, available in either brushed AISI 304 steel or black painted finishes, and equipped with LED indicators showing the current status of each gate, ensures a modern and convenient user experience. For special passageways (service carts), dedicated passageways (VIPs), or access for people with reduced mobility, the GL A1 swing turnstile was chosen. The customized supports for the building’s access readers are perfectly integrated into the aesthetics of the speed gates and the site.
