South Bank Tower is being developed by CIT, a London-based private and independent real estate investor and developer and Jadwa, an award-winning investment bank based in Saudi Arabia. Developer CIT saw an opportunity to redevelop a former office building in London\u2019s thriving South Bank into one of the capital\u2019s newest, luxury residential properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

King\u2019s Reach Tower has undergone an extensive redevelopment, creating 193 luxury apartments and penthouses. The new building, named South Bank Tower is a majestic architectural statement, built in the Modernist tradition of clean lines, unadorned finishes and light-flooded rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
