Radom-Sadk\u00f3w Airport (RDO) founded in 1976 and fully renovated in 2019 is the newest and the most modern airport in Poland. It located 5 km from the center of Radom and 100 km from Warsaw; it covers a vast area of \u200b\u200b360 hectares offering dedicated parking for both passengers and airport staff. In total, 650 parking spaces are available for passengers in front of the terminal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer need<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The parking has 2 distinct areas: one with 332 and one with 255 parking spaces. The entire project was based on the CAME p<\/strong>arking system covering both the commercial  (passengers) and staff sections of the airport. The need was to adopt a flexible configuration system between software and hardware for the management of the 2 users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apart from the different methods of user access (tickets for passengers vs. access cards), both zones are based on different hardware lines (PKE<\/strong> and PKM<\/strong>)  centralized management from a single server. The commercial part (passengers)  is based on the PKE<\/strong> product line (22 entry\/exit terminals + 5 payment station), while the employee part is based on PKM<\/strong> solution (5 entry\/exit points and 1 cash register\/ payment station). A notable highlight is the use of double-high terminals in the zone dedicated to high-clearance vehicles like minibuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through API integration with external systems, the platform enables advanced features such as reservation handling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
