Are Came products covered by warranty?

The consumer warranty on our products is 24 months (two years) from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection provisions (Italian Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206, Consumer Code).

The seller of CAME products is directly liable towards consumers, and is responsible for recognising the warranty on our products to them.

In order to make use of this right in any way, consumers must contact the seller that sold them the product, and the seller alone, and must also inform them of any faults or defects in the product within two months of discovery.

The warranty shall not apply if the user fails to report the defect within the time specified, or if the parts returned as defective have been altered or repaired.

How do I exercise my warranty rights?

To make a warranty claim a valid purchase document must be presented.

Who do I contact for any problems?

If you register a malfunction please contact one of our service centres or our authorized installers.

Any modification to the product will void the rights to the product warranty.
