Transparency, social and environmental responsibility, total credibility. These principles have always guided the Came way of doing business. These are values which guide our choices, activities and services.

For years now, along with investments in research and innovation, constant product improvement and fine-tuned business management, Came has actively implemented socially and environmentally oriented company policies.

To this end, in January 2009, Came made the top of the Socially Responsible Businesses List for the Province of Treviso.

So, to compound and certify our commitment, at Group level we have resolved to draw up a Social Balance Sheet, thereby including our Corporate Social Responsibility effort. This document testifies that Came is truly a socially-responsible enterprise. As such, it bases its relationship with the surrounding geography on well-balanced principles, while seeking positive transparent relationships with its  staff and suppliers, including its business partners and shareholders. How does it go about it? By accounting for the resources it has employed, and disclosing its decisional and operational processes, to promote and ensure ethical, sustainable business practices.

The Social Balance Sheet, thus, is an official document, a transparent communication tool with which Came reveals its choices, business activities and services rendered, on behalf of all those people it comes into contact with, both privately and publicly. Came strives daily to:

• create positive, transparent relationships with its institutional and private clients, in terms of fair contractual terms and conditions, specific services to monitor and meet client needs, as well as mere responsibility;
  
• pay special attention to the needs of our employees and staff, when it comes to health and safety in the work place, working environment, training paths and skill development;
  
• promote social corporate responsibility awareness in our suppliers; 
  
• undertake specific solidarity projects and efforts to enrich the community’s cultural, sport, charitable and social context.
  

Not only, we have extensively described the processes Came has developed to guarantee quality, workplace and product safety combined with our environmentally friendly practices.

In fact, the company has always operated on the principle that the means and human plus technological resources it provides make it possible for its engineering, manufacturing and commercial operations to be absolutely geared towards safeguarding the environment.

The drawing up of the Social Balance Sheet is another fine example of the entrepreneurial spirit which distinguishes Came. And, by taking risks, and facing new challenges and hardships we have generated ideas and scenarios for growth. Day after day.
